Ravi Sharma

Partner

Ravi has worked in corporate finance and private equity for over 22 years now - initially spending 14 years at Deloitte advising entrepreneurs and founders, followed by 8 years as a Partner at Perwyn, a mid market private equity and debt fund.

Over his private equity and debt career, Ravi has made 14 investments and exited 8 achieving above market IRRs of 40%+.

Ravi is passionate around working with entrepreneurs and supporting them in achieving their growth ambitions.

Outside of work, Ravi tries to stay fit and has recently started playing padel as the sport starts to take over the UK.

"Conventional private equity firms can be full of bureaucracy, slow at decision making and potentially drive the wrong decisions for a business. This is why we set up FPC - we want to invest in the same entrepreneurial manner in which we set up our own businesses back in the day."
